DIRECTIONS
Both Wai-O-Tapu Thermal Wonderland and any Agent (including their respective employees, agents, officers and directors) exclude, to the fullest extent possible under law, all and any liability for any loss, damage or injury (whether direct or indirect or consequential, however arising) suffered by the Guest or any person associated with the Guest in relation to the booked activity.
All activities have elements of risk and all guests undertaking any Activity do so voluntarily and at their own risk. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, all warranties, representations and implied terms are also excluded.
Wai-O-Tapu Thermal Wonderland reserves all rights to cancel any Activity at its discretion for (but not limited to) any of the following reasons: a) waterway, road or weather conditions; b) lack of numbers participating in the Activity; c) unsuitability of Guest(s) due to reasons such as age, ill health, poor fitness, intoxication or any other reasons rendering a Guest unsuitable or unfit to participate in the Activity; d) any other circumstances which are beyond the reasonable control of Wai-O-Tapu Thermal Wonderland.
All Guests agree to adhere to any instructions in relation to the Activity from Wai-O-Tapu Thermal Wonderland at all time.
This Policy should be read in conjunction with our General Terms and Conditions above, please read this policy carefully. Wai-O-Tapu Thermal Wonderland offers a range of products and services available on site or on our website. Bookings can be made by phone, email, fax or online. Cancellations, changes and refunds can not be made online once your booking has been completed. Please contact us directly if you wish to make a cancellation, change or request for a refund.

We collect information provided by you voluntarily to process any transactions you might make through website reservations, questionnaires, competitions, customer feedback forms, correspondence or contact in person. Our Privacy Policy governs this information and is available upon request.
We accept all major credit cards online via our booking system. All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include New Zealand Goods and Services Tax of 15%.
You may cancel your bookings at any time prior to making full payment without any penalty, unless otherwise specified. If you cancel your bookings after making full payment, our refund policy applies.
Notification of cancellation is required 24 hours prior to arrival or expiry of ticket.
Tickets are valid for three months from the date of purchase and are fully transferable. Please check your purchase carefully as no refunds will be allowed.
